- Legal pot
- Gambling expansion including sports betting (online even)
- Reproductive health act (a good one - screw you Georgia)
- Nearly doubled gas tax (38 cents/gallon now), increased cigarette tax
- $45B infrastructure spending
- Increased school funding
- Increased minimum wage ($15/hr by 2025 - currently $8.25)
- Increased funding for DCFS
- Elimination of franchise tax
- Ballot initiative to move to graduated state income tax

and I believe the first balanced budget in like 8 years
