Exactly. The perception, due to greed in places, makes it very hard to even have a conversation about it. And I don't mean here but in cities

I don't think we have many if any speeding cameras but it's really hard to speed in traffic. ;-) I do think they're using them or trying them out in a few areas in a couple of the boroughs but I'm not sure.
