people are looking at their phone, with headphones on, and as soon as they see the white walk signal, they step out without looking.
IMO they deserve to get run over.
Responses:
i agree that pedestrians need to be cautious. but when the responsibility is with the driver to make sure the way is clear,

I understand, I also know it is much easier for me as a walker to take an extra second to look than for a driver

sure, and when it is minus 30 and i am walking somewhere, and drivers expect me to wait for them at every corner, i am less empathetic. (more) -- (edited)
