When we say moments, are we talking getting up to 3%?

because the top 5-6 are locking down like 75% of the preferences already.
There's only been 1 person to make a jump (Buttegieg). The rest have gone sideways/south after moderate starts.
Warren's showing a 2nd wind but she had the resume for this circus to never be outside the top 5. That she did fall was a bad sign.
