But in addition to both of those ideas, I'm interested in what a truly progressive plan would look like - where those who are low income shouldn't pay at all, or not as much as multinational corporations who belch gasses out of their many cargo ships and tankers and planes and vehicle fleets.

Except those taxes paid by multinational corporations will just get added to the cost of goods, so the consumer ends up paying anyway. -- (edited) - Super Daddy Princess Jun 12, 10:27 1
