Oooh, TJ's has a very good Vodka Cream pasta sauce (vegetarian). We used to buy jars of it all the time to make baked penne.

It's actually Wolfgang Puck's sauce (he's even on the label, smiling). I would get a large casserole dish, undercook 8 ounces of penne, pour in a jar of vodka cream sauce, add 1/2 cup of water, add in about 24 small italian style (either homemade or if I was in a hurry, the kind that comes frozen in a resealable bag) then top it off with either shredded mozzerella or sliced provolone. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, absolutely delicious. The meat is optional, we've had it both ways. I swear, when I make it, it lasts 2 meals with enough to take to lumch at least one day, too. I've also let it cool, then taken half and put it in a freezer bag. I've let it go as long as 3 months in the freezer and not had any problems. I love having it in there, instant dinner. :)
