Mmmm. I've started making (baking actually) my mac and cheese using Alton Browns recipe. Sooooo, good plus you top it with buttered and browned panko

bread crumbs. Heh, I got the recipe out of my special edition copy of Ratatouille. It came with like 10 recipe cards.
After eating it Alton's way, I can never go back to the stovetop or instant stuff.
