i think peanut butter frosting on donuts is fairly common, but spreading regular pb on a frosted donut is something.

if i was diabetic, i'm pretty sure my blood sugar would have spiked just thinking about it. ;) -
(note: i have been an infrequent donut eater in my life, so my subject knowledge is mostly based on memories of comments of others and stuff on the food network. heh.)
