Nothing like starting your day with a conversation with your bank over a new bill-pay service charge fee.....

"I'm sorry, your account is so old we don't offer that package any more. You owe a monthly fee for your bill-pay. Let me see what we can do for you"
"Ah OK, the C.D. where you transferred your savings doesn't qualify for the minimum balance on that package....but bill-pay have agreed to reverse the charge and put a permanent fee waiver on your account"
Thank you very much.....as a 25-year customer, who's never paid any kind of fee, I think that's a fair resolution :)
