if someone is hurt, he is the starter.

he was cut by shittier teams in the last 12 months.

He was a nice sparkplug for a short time. You can not expect him to keep that up over 162.

I would rather get the young guy regular-ish AB and let him get his work in the majors, than having him smack AAA ball pitchers around some more.
