Reverse Texas! Oregon senate GOP walk out (again) to avoid a vote.

They've become so impotent in the state that the only way to get what they want is to avoid a quorum. The majority Democratic legislature is on a tear with liberal-leaning bills. Already a couple of bills have been tabled (including one that directed the state police to produce a report on gun violence) in order to bring the Republicans back. Now they've walked out because of cap-and-trade.
