Grand Central is in Midtown. I was just there as this was happening above and had no idea thankfully. The subways can't handle rain, especially -- (edited)

heavy rain. The tunnels leak like a sieve and there is always a river of water flowing through the lower areas in the tracks in many stations. At least the rats have plenty of water.
