Unlike Will, I disagree. Since the Pie deal had already been done.

They would have had to bring him up out of ST, giving up on a player they traded for after only having him for ST. With no way to send Pie down without the risk of losing him. For a player who had never played a full season before last season, and had never been above AA. The O's have a history of rushing players through the system too fast. They had acquired Pie (and already had Montanez) so they didn't need to do that with Reimold. Pie didn't hit well, and Reimold hit very well in AAA (and his defense was better than expected) so he was brought up.
Of course, I also disagree with Will about Tillman.
