There's no reason he *has* to be up now, but there are reasons he can be. (1) he's better than Pie. (2) they're a year closer to being competetive

I'm sure there are many other reasons that I'm not privy to.
Pay attention, you're saying they *have* to bring up the youth. I'm saying that it's not wrong to bring them up, nor is it wrong to leave them on the farm. Both moves have reasons.
