My HP desktop at home went on the fritz last week. HP sent someone under warranty to repair it, replaced motherboard. Fixed.

Gotta say, I'm surprised this worked out. We were 18 months into a 24 month warranty that I didn't realize I had.

I've had 2 motherboards, a keyboard and a portal replaced in the first 8 months I've had my Dell. I haven't even paid for it yet. I fear what will - jnine Jul 2, 11:59
