and such. Nothing serious but I don't want to get her garbage either.

It's $289 which seems rather cheap (www.amazon.com)

I think that would be pretty much perfect. Core i3 is "low end" but 8th Gen so very new. 6GB RAM is plenty for that activity and the HD is good - oblique Jul 15, 07:56 7
