Have you used SUPREP before? Is it better/worse/the same as using over-the-counter magnesium citrate?

I’ve only used m.c. before. Doctor here prescribed suprep. I’m hesitant to wake myself up at 3:45 am to give myself a 2nd dose of this stuff (appt is at 7:45).
