That would be my neighbor's fence and my yard. Totally destroyed about 4 square yards of native plants that had just started blooming and some berry plants just ripening. No warning and did not get permission to be on my property. Checked and no permit either. And it was not going to be to code. She is now playing the victim card and for the first time ever I saw her doing yard work, sawing branches off one of my trees in the noon day sun. At least the branches needed pruning, the fence made it hard to get to them.
