Depends on when you need to be there and if there's anything you want to do there. If there's nothing that day I'd probably go later, though it does

depend on where you're going and what it takes to get from the airport to your hotel. The later flight will get you there during rush hour. But if there's no reason to want to get there earlier I'd probably sleep in.
