Fox is already working overtime to find outs after one year. The deal explicitly precludes them switching to FS1. What everyone expects to happen is for Fox to pay them off if/when the ratings are a bust.

Having wrestling on FS1 makes much more sense given that it's specialty programming. This deal looked a lot better 14 months ago.
