Disney got scammed out of $722,000 when...

One of their supply contractors fell victim to an email hack. Someone wrote emails from that account, invoicing Disney with what looked like legitimate billings.
So, Reedy Creek paid them, only to realize later that they sent money to an address they had never used before. The cops busted the brothers running the con and retrieved all but $90k of the money.
This happened late in 2018 but the details only leaked out in recent days.
