My high school had a guy like this (after I graduated). Kenny George. 7'5" in high school.

Here's an article with some footage of him (he's the last guy in the article about the biggest men in basketball). Kind of tragic. Lots of injuries and then he got a MRSA infection in college and had to have part of his foot amputated. But his size was just insane. And in high school you have to imagine that he was playing in a private school league where the centers were often 6'5" and under. I played center one year at 6'1".
