So in a roundabout way, they applied the logic of civil rights to impugn the freedoms of another business, thereby creating a law that can now

be leveraged by anyone to do the same?

But I mean, if someone were to found the First Church of the Glorified Cock, corporations that donated to them would be protected under this law?
