I'm curious why that guy was so bothered by someone on the express line when he's already done shopping and was leaving.

He had to make sure she knew that he knew she had too many items. Some people just have to play mayor of their city and tell everyone what to do.

I don't know if it's a racial thing or what but there was no reason for him to even approach her. He doesn't work there and she wasn't doing anything that interfered with him shopping or checking out.
