Sunday steak dinner at Sayler's Old Country Kitchen -- A+

It's an annual tradition. My late step-dad's birthday is tomorrow (July 23rd) and just about every year, he wanted to celebrate his birthday with a weekend dinner at Sayler's. He would order the 16 oz. prime rib, just to have leftovers to take home for a sandwich the next day. And we've continued the tradition since he passed away.
This time, I had a fantastic 10 oz. New York Cut with oysters.
The place is just wonderful, too. Reminds me of just about every family steakhouse I've visited in the Corn Belt since I was a kid.
