i think it was said here, but EDITH not having some kind of safeguard that said "Bzzzz....this tech can't be turned over to a fired Stark employee" was pretty silly.

also, so Beck wants to convince everyone he's a superhero. so what? it's not like he can do anything when the first real crisis comes along.
