Right. But I don’t think those are remotely comparable. Maybe I’m wrong.

There are hundreds of thousands of teachers.
Take all the people that will start new businesses.
Eliminate any that aren’t in a ‘disadvantaged’ area.
Eliminate any that don’t last three years.
Eliminate everyone that didn’t get a Pell Grant at the very beginning.
My guess is the pie piece that’s left is very small.
To me it comes off as saying you have a policy, but it isn’t really a policy.
Similar to a giveaway the Reds have. If a player hits the Toyota truck in the outfield a fan wins it. Toyota gets promotion every single game in the stadium and on television. Except the truck is about 500 feet away in center field and will never be hit.
Same thing. To me. At least similar.
