So we're to assume that Cliff kills his wife because she argues with him, and annoys him? If so, that makes like the film and Quentin less.

Also, Cliff just destroying Bruce Lee seemed not only far-fetched, but like QT was intentionally insulting Bruce Lee's legacy. Some over-the-hill stunt man wouldn't stand a chance against Lee in real life.
