First five minutes "there is absolutely no way we can figure out which account it is from an email address."

Me: "Someone must be able to - you emailed me."

Back and forth, back and forth.....

Them "Fine, I will let my manager tell you the same thing.

(Hold music forever)

Original person "okay ma'am, what is your email address? What are the last four digits of the account you said are in the email?"

(hold music)

"Your email has been removed from this account."

. . . . . .

Oh, so it IS possible. What a surprise.
