If I uninstall and reinstall Red Dead 2 on my XBone do I lose my saved games?

Just wondering if that would potentially help my server lumbago issues with Red Dead Online, but not going to try if it would remove my saves since gaining 100% in the single player is one of the greatest accomplishments of my life.

The PS4 let's you cloud or usb drive save game data. Does the Xbox have the same thing? -- nm
