Co-worker update (not about marriage, just about leaving)

So, she is suddenly getting super-possessive about her job. Things I will need to do after she leaves next week, she is angry when I try to do going forward (like, you won't be here when this actually happens, i should handle!)
Also, someone called and asked me something about the lunch that is FOR MY COWORKER next week. I made a cryptic answer that they should 'talk to Deborah, she handled it.' Coworker overheard and was like "If that is for the meeting next week, *I* arranged it. They should talk to me!"
My response: Trust me, this isn't something you handled, it's fine.
Her: I arranged everything for the BOD, who was it, i will call them back.
Me: It's not about that, don't worry about it.
Her: (getting pissy) - I need to know what's happening, i arranged all the stuff for next week!!
Me: (Fed up) Did you arrange your own going-away lunch, because that's what we are talking about.
Her: OH.
(yes, i blew the surprise. too bad. first of all, she should know something was being planned, it's standard, so, get pissy and i am shutting you down.)
