NXT: It wasn't as strong as some of the recent shows, but NXT was still good as always.

The opening tag match was fun, Montez Ford is gonna be a huge star.

Evil Io vs. Candice was great, we all knew Io was winning but they made us believe that Mrs. Wrestling might pull it out.

The triple threat was great and had some cool spots, and I like that NXT acknowledged that Dunne has beef with Strong from his turn a year and a half ago and that wouldn't have happened on the main roster. Velveteen Dream still shouldn't be that good at 23.

Baszler vs Yim was clunky and also the crowd was dead because literally nobody believed that Yim was going to be the one to take the title off of Baszler. It is weird that they are also now pushing Io Shirai as a big heel when there is a dominant heel champion, which makes me think a transitional champion is coming soon.

Cole vs Gargano was a fitting end to their feud, and yeah, probably did go on too long. I thought they'd flip the script and have Gargano win the "regular wrestling match" fall while Cole takes Gargano's street fight stipulation fall. But the first fall was up to par with their recent matches, and I liked what they did with the ending and the second fall.

The third fall was just completely ridiculous and I don't know how these guys went nearly an hour.
