I stopped there earlier in the week to try them. I asked for a regular sandwich combo (no mayo), and also a spicy sandwich (just the sandwich). The girl at the register was apparently new and was confused but a second girl helped her. While waiting, I noticed I was only charged for the combo meal and not the separate sandwich. After like 10 minutes or so, a guy who appeared to be the manager asked if I was waiting for two sandwiches. I said yeah, but she didn't charge me for one of them. He says "got your receipt?" I said yup. He says, "take the survey on the back and we're even" as he hands me the two bags.
I most certainly did and gave them all high scores across the board (because at most retail places, anything that's not a 5 or 10 or whatever the max score is is a zero.)
