Hasbro's takeover of eOne is a pretty big deal.

In essence, Hasbro want their properties like Peppa Pig and PJ Mask. But as a production company, eOne can help Hasbro turn their toys into more media content. Hasbro has already been pushing its weight around Hollywood with properties like Transformers, GI Joe and Battleship. Expect more of that. They're turning into a studio.
Of course, all the jokes revolve around how eOne owns Death Row Records, so now they're owned by Hasbro.
