I tried a taco at del taco last week, and it was like a tofu scramble in taste and texture. -- nm

when I was a vegetarian, there weren't many meat substitutes I liked; but there were things like grilled boca burgers that were way closer than the taco was. (not necessarily a good thing for me, as I wasn't so keen on meat - still don't eat it - and wasn't looking for 1:1 replacements.)
