they are both 13 (Tallulah's bday we celebrate on Labour Day, exact exact date unknown, but it was that weekend).

i got Tallulah as a teeny kitten when my dad was really ill right after Sash died suddenly. She was less than 5 weeks old and her mother had died when she was just a day or so old. My brother has her brother. She came back and forth with me to Belleville for those months, and at the time, my best friend lived in an apartment above me, and she is a dog walker who would come down during the day, scoop her up and take her upstairs with her all day and the dogs.
Then my dad died and the schedule changed and my friend moved, and Tallulah was a year old and, literally, depressed. She was lonely it was obvious. So, Dave was in the picture at that point, barely, but i decided she needed a cat-friend. So, i got Harvey, who was also 1, from a cat rescue. They never have become good friends, she kind of acts like he mostly annoys her. But it stopped her being sad and depressed!
