hvac ashley: I believe so. I can check. is there a message?
me: he serviced my furnace last winter and spring and I wanted to follow up on a conversation we had about a new heating system for my house.
hvac ashley: so is this a personal call?
me: no. I wanted to talk to him about a new heating system.
hvac ashley: so what business are you calling from?
me: BANG
