yeah, if he was told months ago that this is the deal, then that is so not your problem.
i guess all you can do is just do what you have to do, start moving your stuff, be nice and cheerful to the roomie (if he's going to be a recurring ST character for a while, he may need a nickname), and let Jeff deal with it.
like i said - good luck! (i'm sure it will all be worth it!)
