In response to "Legal move launched against Boris -- (link)" by mud

For the uninitiated, Boris has asked - and the Queen has granted - that Parliament be prorogued (go on vacation).

That means when Parliament comes back in session, time will be incredibly limited for them to debate Brexit. We're coming very close to the point of no return where Hard Brexit happens simply because time runs out for the opponents to do something. The best case scenario remains a vote of no-confidence against Boris and a care-taker government takes over (because if an election is called, Boris will set a date after Oct 31, the Hard Brexit deadline).

But then... the care-taker government does WHAT? Just cancel Brexit? There's no consensus on an alternative to Hard Brexit. Also, no one can agree as to who would lead the caretaker government.
