I think part also depends on how motivated your teammates are for you to accomplish the feat.

I think that scoring a goal in hockey would be harder for some than the nfl first down, if the team was motivated for you to succeed. I mean, it would need to be a 4th preseason game but your team puts in their starters. I think there's a possibility for teams to block well enough in that situation for many people to run for a first down.
Not only is scoring a goal in hockey something that seems incredibly difficult, but you need to learn how to skate first.
NBA is obviously the easiest. Baseball would be much easier if it was "earn a base" instead of get a hit. Getting a hit requires you to first be able to make contact with a major league pitch. Then, if by some miracle you manage that, the ball needs to get past the infield (and probably most of the outfield) in play without being caught. Plus, you need to make it to first before the pitcher attacks you for being some random person off the street who got a hit off of him.
