from bb re: troye sivan

part of his issue was the reporter had never spoken to him before the interview. it was also an odd one because of multiple shawn mendes questions, but nothing about music.

his comments in response to a fan posting about the interview should have been enough; but then someone from "out" posted a crappy take about his not wanting to answer because he's ashamed about sex (no, dude, it's ok to not want to reveal every personal detail); and that's when things got a bit more heated.

every gay guy I follow gets asked "top or bottom" when they do AMAs on instagram stories. it's ridiculous, and they usually treat it as such. it normalizes intrusiveness from strangers who think they have a right to know every single thing about someone they don't know in person.

also, troye has repeatedly said the album was about love, not sex; but it wouldn't matter if it was all about sex, still wouldn't be ok.
