He's also facing revenge porn charges over the same video.

His ex is now 18. They dated when he was a freshman in high school. When she was 15 someone made a video of her being sexually assaulted by two guys. It was apparently sent to many people at the school, including him. He kept it on his phone. When he got his scholarship she wrote him to congratulate him. He replied with a copy of the video and "remember this hoe."
So yeah, he seems like a stellar human being.
