the government isn't going to sponsor 0% down loans.
I think the change was you have to have the minimum down payment (3.5%?) and if you do then after closing you can get the $8,000 credit sooner than the next time you file your taxes.
Responses:
Maybe it will but I doubt they'd change it. The gov would try any stunt at this point to put a floor under the housing market, and people buying

I believe the minimum is 3% down, but that may have changed.
