According to Baseball America, Hernandez is the number 4 prospect in the Braves system

and Locke in 7th. There was early word the Bucs may have gotten Tommy Hansen, the #1 prospect, but no dice.
I'm not sure about this trade, but it does guarantee another losing season and perhaps many more if these prospects don't pan out.
