Eeesh. We just had two of these in Portland last week. I don't understand it.

We had a woman that threw her kids off a bridge killing one. She tried to jump off a parking garage and a cop grabbed her as she jumped. She is now in jail.
Then we had a Dad kill his two kids then himself.
Both cases above were caused when the parents lost custody of the kids.
WTF?
