If you can fit into their sizing, I highly recommend Uniqlo for affordable t-shirts. They are made well, soft feeling and last after multiple wears -- (edited)

thanks for the info. I will check it out. I'm long in the torso so some Japanese/Europeon clothes don't fit quite right. But I'm after those soft type

I have that issue as well. I had to go up to a large for their long sleeve winter shirts as the sleeves and length were too short. The large fit

They are always doing some interesting collaborations and the prices are always affordable. I like the feel of the tees and I haven't had any issues
