I have that issue as well. I had to go up to a large for their long sleeve winter shirts as the sleeves and length were too short. The large fit

perfectly. I bought multiple pairs after that and wore them all winter last year.
I'll go with a medium for tees I want to fit exactly and a large for some more room. The length of their regular tees are just fine and not something I've had an issue with. I only had an issue with the winter HeatTech stuff which you likely won't need where you are.
They have sales all the time and offer discounts if you use their app or things like that.
