These have been some very peculiar film-watching few months to me.

I have been very blue this past few months, so I slowed down on my theather-going.

But that's no all. Out of the last 20-ish films I saw, since Toy Story 4 got released here (mid-late June, I think), I watched about 20 films. It's a low number for me, historically. But out of those, only about 4 or 5 were American. Or spoken in English, even. I'm not actively trying to avoid them. Whatever got released, I watched, if I have the mildest interest in it.

It brought down to only 32 out of 72 films in 2019 being American. And to think people like to say I just like Hollywood movies.

I mean, that's why I look at a list such as the Guardian and don't think it is particularly odd or pretentious. I mean, it is a bit more out there than my own personal tastes, but...
