Disney Resort question if David, Kim, Mop (or anyone else around )

not really Disney, but looking at the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista / Orlando.

Thoughts?

The reviews we've seen look good, 6-10 minutes away from Disney proper, lots of pools restaurants etc...
