this is interesting - I've made brownies with black beans (ok), muffins with pumpkin (good!), some other healthier hack-type things; but this is new

to me. self-rising flour and yogurt to make a dough usable for pizzas. has anyone done this?

oh, it's been a long time; but I just remembered I have done yogurt and brownie mix for lowfat microwave brownies - started with the no-pudge mix. hmm, I liked that a lot, especially as it's just a portion at a time.
